Rayna Weiss is the co-owner of Human Nature Expeditions, where she is the Director of Operations and Director of the Ecuador and Colombia programs. She has been working in the outdoor industry for almost 20 years and started the roots of this organization in 2010. Alongside her partner, Alexa Stickel, she has built Human Nature Expeditions from the ground up.
Rayna has more than 10 years of experience in guiding, operating and directing impactful experiences abroad. Rayna’s personal mission is to positively impact the world through transformative travel.
In her early twenties, she biked across South America, founding PEDAL for Change and raising over $40,000 for the nonprofit. Rayna and her team cycled through Ecuador, Peru, Chile, and Argentina, virtually teaching their impact to a middle school in Vermont. Since then, Rayna has dedicated herself to designing similar life-changing experiences for students, finding fulfillment in positively impacting the world through travel.
